They refused to serve us; it was too hot for them, so they might as well stay home.

June 10, 2026 around 6pm, I've already had several experiences at this Subway, only once disappointed... but tonight what a welcome! I want to thank the person who served us a well-filled sandwich, very attentive to our orders and a very positive review before closing the Subway, asking us if we were happy with it!

The staff were very kind and served a special plate so our autistic son could eat. Really nice. And the sandwiches were good and generously filled.

I didn't know that products made in America were less hygienic than those made in China. I'm going back to Action...

During our visit on Ascension Thursday, we received excellent service from two very friendly and pleasant people. The sandwiches were good. The dining area was very clean, which was nice. The only downside was that the restrooms were closed.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this is the second time I've been to this Subway at Shopping Promenade. They're supposed to make sandwiches, but we went in the morning and asked for sandwiches at 10:40 AM. We were turned away and told to come back at 11:30 AM because the excuse was that the machines weren't clean. They clean them beforehand and then they need to be heated (which is normally done the night before). We asked to use the restroom, but it was closed because it hadn't been cleaned. When we went in and saw the machines, we didn't get anything. We left twice. I don't plan on going back, given the frosty reception we received today, May 5, 2026, from this gentleman. Sincerely

I arrived at the counter at 11:10 to place my order. The employee told me it wouldn't be possible and that I would have to come back at 11:30, in 20 minutes. The reason? The staff told me they were eating! So, customers are supposed to wait while the staff eats? And meanwhile, we're left waiting at the counter! This is unacceptable! I can understand that there might be organizational or staffing issues, but customers shouldn't have to suffer. Even if an employee is eating, it's their responsibility to stop eating and serve the customer. The customer should always be the priority! The sign says "Open at 9:00," so what's the point? They refuse to serve us at 11:10—completely unprofessional! I can't even rate the food on Google since I didn't get anything to eat! The atmosphere deserves one star because I can't give it less, and the service was the same—nonexistent. The worst Subway I've ever seen!

We were greeted by Vivien during our visit to the Subway at "Shopping Promenade" a few months ago. We particularly appreciated his good humor, his helpfulness, and the quality of the service provided. Thank you!

I don't usually like leaving reviews, but this is getting ridiculous. I've given up on going to this "restaurant" several times now because the employees take their cigarette breaks at the same time and don't want to serve customers. Today, after waiting 10 minutes, they had the nerve to tell us, "There will be a bit of a wait, I have to finish what I have to do," simply to put some bottles from a carton in the fridge. It's really not pleasant when you only have an hour to eat.
