An unacceptable experience for a fast-food restaurant. It took 30 minutes to pick up a takeaway order in a sweltering room (33°C outside and no air conditioning). After politely asking about my order after 15 minutes, I was brushed off without a greeting, under the pretext that "just one burger was missing." I only asked the kitchen for the burger after waiting another 20 minutes... To top it all off, I couldn't use my loyalty account because the system wasn't working. No follow-up, no customer service whatsoever. Avoid at all costs.

I would like to warmly thank Maelissa for her welcome at the drive-through. From the moment I arrived, she was smiling, professional, and very pleasant. She took the time to answer my questions kindly and efficiently, while remaining quick in preparing and handing over my order.

A very bad experience at the Quick in Amiens Sud. The wait time was quite reasonable for a 12:30 pm visit, especially considering it wasn't very busy. I ordered two "Giant" burgers (see photo). The meat was completely dry, the cheese barely melted, the burger was cold, and to top it all off, there was no salad. A regular hamburger would have been perfectly adequate.

A disaster from start to finish – Avoid at all costs! I rarely go to this type of restaurant, but this was a complete disaster! A deplorable experience at this Quick. I ordered at the kiosk, but it malfunctioned and didn't give me a receipt. I then spoke to a server to explain the situation. In the middle of our conversation, a waitress who was apparently on break came in to order a drink, and the server completely ignored me to take care of her. A total lack of respect and incredibly rude! The server then insisted he didn't have my order. I asked to see the manager and showed her proof of the immediate charge on my bank app. Her response? "It will be credited back to you if we can't find it," before condescendingly telling me they were going to "give me a free" order... even though I had paid! The icing on the cake: a few minutes later, another employee arrived and exclaimed, "Well, here's the order!" It was right in front of them the whole time. Not a single apology from them! Incompetence, chronic rudeness from the staff, and appalling customer service. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant; avoid it at all costs.

One of the most disappointed branches of Quick! Incredibly long waiting time to get a the order, more than 25 min. The sandwiches were not super tasty and the salads are really shocking: literally salad leaves and a few onions slides
