Friday at the drive-thru, as usual. Aurélie always gives great advice and explained the ingredients of the international sandwiches in detail. A quick tip: the new beef sandwich with cheese sauce is excellent (sorry, I can't remember the name). Always smiling, welcoming, and friendly (like most of the team). Your restaurant has become my favorite in Amiens.

They forgot the cheddar in the fries twice, the fries need changing the oil, you can tell they forgot three sauces, the burger was torn, first time I've seen anything like it, and the drink wasn't refilled.

The delivery driver said he'd arrive in 20 minutes, then an hour later, oh no, the order was canceled in my name! It's horrible. Zero stars. Don't order if you want to eat quickly, or at least not online.

The best McDonald's in Picardy

I received a truly warm welcome at this McDonald's. A huge thank you to Alexis; he was incredibly kind, professional, smiling, and attentive from beginning to end. It's a pleasure to meet such dedicated and caring people. Thanks to him, I had a wonderful time. Thank you again for the superb service!

Excellent service, very friendly staff, and fast order processing. Negative point: we were bothered by a manager (probably in his fifties) who sat down on one of the booths and shouted orders and instructions from there. Beyond the lack of respect this showed to his employees, it was a particularly unpleasant disturbance for us, as we wanted to have a peaceful lunch.

We ordered Royal Bacon and got a steak in two slices of bread!! First and last time we'll go!

This is unacceptable! It's the first time this has happened to me eating at McDonald's. I ordered a Royal Bacon burger, just without pickles or onions, and what did I get? Just the bun and the patty! I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant.
