McDonald's

I was very disappointed with my experience at McDonald's. Charlie's welcome was particularly cold and unpleasant, with an attitude that clearly gave the impression of being a nuisance. A little more friendliness and professionalism would have made all the difference. I managed to take a photo to prove my good faith, which of course won't be published… ;)

The staff were extremely unfriendly, there was a 30-minute wait for a drive-thru order, more ice than drink, and on Sunday there was no caramel at all. The owner was very unfriendly and gave me a nasty look.

It's nice to see a McDonald's like this: clean, fast service, hot sandwiches, a welcoming staff, and a manager who is kind to both customers and employees.

We came on Monday afternoon and were very well received by a manager (named Théo) who was immediately available! Our sandwiches were hot, and our order was served quickly by the same manager.

It was filthy and smelled awful! I didn't even order, I left 🤮

The smell of the restrooms is overwhelming as soon as you enter the restaurant. There's no order table. The toilets smell terrible, and there's nothing to dry your hands with. Please make an effort; this is a restaurant, and we should be able to have a pleasant experience.

Bad food; we bought ice cream and coffee. The coffee was very small, and the ice cream was tasty, but absolutely no effort was put into making it look even remotely good. The quality in the Netherlands is waaaay better. The McDonald's also had a weird smell. The only plus points were the appearance and the speed of the orders.

I wanted to go shopping, but I needed to pee, so I stopped at McDonald's this morning at 10:00 AM. You have to pay for a code to use the restroom: a code doesn't necessarily mean it's cleaner. To make matters worse, the restroom (or should I say the only restroom) was extremely dirty, clogged with toilet paper. I find it disgusting to have such filthy restrooms right at the entrance of a fast-food restaurant and next to tables! It's also unacceptable to be blocked by the door! It's even more outrageous considering it was still early. I'm giving it one star because I have to, but honestly, don't go there!

A smell of sewage in the basement, an endless wait, and toilets so disgusting they make you want to vomit! This is the third and last time I'll ever set foot in there because nothing is being done to change it! Absolutely avoid this place...

One star because you can't give zero, the worst McDonald's in Amiens, there's always a problem with the order or the quantities of McFlurries. I won't go back.

I went last night and the upstairs toilet was blocked, it annoyed me, I had to go see the manager. It's starting to get on my nerves, and then we couldn't even wash up because it was blocked. I'm sorry, but it's really annoying.
