The website said the store was open until 7:30 pm this Monday, but when I arrived it was closed. I'm very disappointed.

I am extremely disappointed with this bar/tobacconist as a parcel collection point. My parcel was mistakenly given to someone else. When I went to collect it, I was initially told it wasn't there, before they admitted the mistake… without even an apology or the slightest suggestion of a solution! Worse still, since the tracking indicates the parcel has been delivered, I am unable to obtain a refund. The result: lost parcel and lost money. A complete lack of professionalism and highly questionable parcel handling. I strongly advise against using this collection point.
